Faceless Cannibal is one of the Cannibals in the Mansion in Lakeview Cabin IV.
He is seen eating a disgusting plate of presumably human flesh along with his suited companion in the Dining Room.
He isn't very dangerous, but because there are two of them in the room it makes it more difficult. When the player enter his room he is facing the player's direction and will likely sound the alarm.
The Dining Room is very hard to complete without him sounding the alarm as he's right next to it.
The faceless cannibal can be triggered to attack first, by slowly approaching the table. He will run towards the player, while the suited companion stays seated. This can be used to deal with him before the second character. After being hit and falling over, the Faceless Cannibal will run towards the player first. If he is not hit beyond the alarm, he won't trigger it.
The Faceless Cannibal has 6 health.
